I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor working in private practice in Western Massachusetts, providing treatment for adults, children and adolescents. My style is warm, genuine and collaborative. I work with clients to identify goals for therapy and pathways for reaching those goals. I use an integrative mind-body approach which may include: talk therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, EMDR, mindfulness and stress reduction, sandplay therapy, art therapy, journaling, and play therapy.

Whether you are struggling with sadness, anger, worry or you feel alone and overwhelmed, reaching out for help is a courageous act that can provide relief during challenging times. It is an opportunity to work with a skilled professional who provides a nonjudgmental, supportive space to explore your thoughts, feelings and experiences, learn new skills and strategies to enhance your sense of well being, and make changes in your life that are important to you.

For children, adolescents and their families, therapy is also about making positive changes. Parenting is hard work, and sometimes we need support to help our children be successful at home or school. Your child might be experiencing sadness, worry or anger and needs to develop better coping skills, or maybe you and your child need some help communicating effectively and solving problems together. Whatever the issues are, I offer a natural ability to connect and put children at ease, knowledge of child development, effective strategies for nurturing children's social and emotional well being and skills to improve parent child relationships.
