I have over 20 years of experience working with adults, children and adolescents in schools, community centers, and mental health clinics. I have a Masters of Education from Lesley University, and a Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Antioch University. I am a licensed Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts.
I am fortunate to be able to integrate many of my passions into my work as a psychotherapist. My love of psychology grew out of a fascination for people, a genuine compassion and curiosity about the human experience, and an admiration and respect for human diversity. This coupled with a commitment to personal growth and a desire to help others connect with their own inner wisdom and healing capacities, led me to work professionally in the field of mental health.
I enjoy relating to people of all ages and all walks of life. I am fascinated by what it is that makes each person unique. I enjoy supporting clients to celebrate their talents and gifts, and tap into their own reservoir of strength and resilience.
When I am not working in my professional life, I am an avid outdoor enthusiast, an artist, a mom, and I love cooking, music of all kinds, gardening, being with my pets and spending time around large bodies of water.
